A: Not sure it was necessary but it was very helpful. It helped fill gaps and give a structure to learning.

A: I've always enjoyed technology; I started in a 3rd grade enrichment class where I learned programming.

A: First choice

A: Yes, mentorship and coaching is crucial

A: I network regularly, particularly with women. It's easier to connect to people who can relate

A: Mostly males but female involvement is growing

A: Unsure; I never discussed pay with colleagues

A: I've spoken to groups to educate business owners on the basics of tech and to corporate clients to help the sales process. I've become a business owner/CEO

A: Experience and supporting others in their business journey (answering questions online)

A: I've gotten clients from answering questions in Facebook groups. I've not been great at the pure marketing part of social media

A: You can choose to believe in yourself even when the world / your circumstances haven't yet caught up

A: It's ok to take up space in this world
