A: No, I wanted to go to USC (CA)
Q: Do you think your college education was necessary for your success in business?
A: Yes
Q: Who or what led you to your current career path?
A: The desire to help people live flourishing lives led me to change careers.
Q: Was your current career your first choice, or did you switch?
A: I switched to my current career after a career in the insurance industry
Q: Was mentorship significant to your business journey?
A: No. If it had been, I would’ve switched careers sooner.
Q: How do you approach networking and the building of professional relationships?
A: EWomen Network has been instrumental in helping me make new contacts and grow professionally.
Q: What is the ratio of males to females in your business?
A: It is female dominated
Q: Have you observed or been affected by a wage gap between men and women in your field?
A: I’m new in this field. My experience is that the salary is commiserate with the amount of exposure to your target audience, the number of bookings, and the value of your product.
Q: How have you asserted yourself as a powerful woman in your field?
A: I’m still growing, but I have learned how to ask for the help I need learn that I don’t have to do it alone

A: My educational background, my subject knowledge, and my performance.

A: I could use it more, so it has not been as impactful as it could be.

A: Be yourself

A: Don’t give up too soon. Give your product or idea time to develop and grow.
