A: University of Michigan.

A: Undergraduate degree, BS Finance from Clemson University Masters Business Administration.

A: No
Q: Do you think your college education was necessary for your success in business?
A: Yes, specifically my MBA as it allowed me to accelerate my career.
Q: Who or what led you to your current career path?
A: Luck! I really liked real estate but didn’t think I would actually do it for a career.
Q: Was your current career your first choice, or did you switch?
A: No. My first choice was to be a teacher like my mom.
Q: Was mentorship significant to your business journey?
A: Yes! Having amazing managers who were not only mentors but strong advocates was very helpful in putting me in positions to succeed.
Q: How do you approach networking and the building of professional relationships?
A:I am willing to meet with anyone. You never know who you will meet, who they know, what you have in common, or how your paths may cross in the future.
Q: What is the ratio of males to females in your business?
A: Real estate and corporate America definitely more male dominated fields.
Q: Have you observed or been affected by a wage gap between men and women in your field?
A: I know it exists, but I don’t believe I have been personally affected by it. Also, when I see it within my own team, I take steps to correct it so it is even.

A: Speaking on conference panels, being on corporate and non-profit boards.

A: Not as relevant for my specific field.

A: SUCCESS IS NEVER OWNED, IT IS ONLY RENTED: AND RENT IS DUE EVERY DAY.

A: Dream big! Take advantage of every opportunity.
