A: Bachelors Degree
Q: Did you attend your dream college?
A: I did, because simply going to college was a dream for me.
Q: Do you think your college education was necessary for your success in business?
A: I believe it helped with my confidence
Q: Who or what led you to your current career path?
A: I originally wanted to be in Social Work, but also wanted to make money. So, the low salary in Social work led me to sales. I was fortunate enought to find a career where i get to help my clients every day, but also make money. And I have always volunteered in addition to working to fill the Social Work desire.
Q: Was your current career your first choice, or did you switch?
A: Yes, same industry right out of college. Eventhough we owned a few buisnesses along the way as well, I have been in this space for 30 years.
Q: Was mentorship significant to your business journey?
A: I had many great mentors along the way and was honered to be asked to be a mentor by the Atlanta Journal.
Q: How do you approach networking and the building of professional relationships?
A: With a mindset of finding out about others business and what their goals are and how I can help them grow their business.
Q: What is the ratio of males to females in your business?
A: Varies based on region, but in the past a little higher on the male side.
Q: Have you observed or been affected by a wage gap between men and women in your field?
A: No

A: By being a top producer and constantly learning

A: Tons of relationships built and years in the same industry

A: Helps increase brand awareness and visibility, lead generation, and customer insights
Q: What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given?
A: That consistency is everything!! and learning to control your thoughts is everything. Everything just is ……until you put your thoughts around it.

A: Learn as many languages as you can
